“These are lovely sturdy cups that we have used for years, but over the 18 months some of the sleeves inside the boxes have been damaged. Maybe it happens during packing, but some are completely split so you know immediately not to use them and some just have little holes in the bottom. We always expect a few broken ones, but not to the extent we've experienced lately.”
