“Hey guys, I’m not just reviewing the coffee which is great, your service was fantastic. On ringing up and trying to get an update on my order placed around 10 days prior, the lady I spoke to on the phone was amazing (I think it was Kate). Apologies were made for it being late and a £5 refund was issued. The reason for the refund being made was described as a sorry from yourselves for something that was out of your hands as you use a 3rd party carrier. I was quite insistent that I did not want the refund and was quite happy for you to keep it but She proceeded to say that as your coffee hasn’t arrived please use the money to get yourself a coffee while on the go. Amazing service”
