“Find myself using 2 capsules in a small mug with frothed milk. Not that great but ok….and a lot of expensive packaging and printing on the inside of the box which is over the top when I just rip open the box and tip it into a big jar with my other coffees.? I use the cardboard to light the fire but really- one box of this coffee and any of your others for that matter is gone in no time so the packaging represents a disproportionately high percentage of the cost. I know marketing dictates “sell the sizzle not the steak” but how about more sensible cheaper packaging. This will enable you to reduce cost to the consumer and virtue signal about what a great job you are doing. Sorry but I won’t be giving you a gourmet review of the rest of your coffees …. For free. Bloody cheek.”
