“I am no expert, but coffee just doesn’t taste right - I even tried double shots but still...... The other point is the flow of water out of the capsules is not consistent - sometimes OK but most of the time seems to start with just hot water and then coffee stream is weak. I have gone through 40 of your capsules so far and the problem I am experiencing is not a ‘one off.’ Maybe this is why, the coffee is not right, I am not getting the full benefit of the coffee grains in the capsule. I have purchased your capsules on and off hoping it will be better than the original Nespressos but not yet!!”
