“Coffee is fine, but delivery took unacceptably long. I paid for 1-2 day shipping and it took 2 weeks. First extra week was due to an administrative error involving the mystery gift. No response or explanation was given for how even after realising the delay, it then took another week for coffee to arrive. I was promised a refund for the fast postage I paid for, which has not yet happened. When the coffee did arrive it was in an unnecessary amount of packing - pods in individual boxes in a display box in another box. Competitors simply post the display box.”

“Excellent value for money. A good and varied selection. Before Nespresso I was a confirmed filter man and have tended to stick to one or two favourites and it's good to taste coffees I might otherwise not have come across.”

“The flavours of the vast majority of the pod varieties is very weak. The water seems to run through the capsule very quickly. The espresso and intense roasts are more flavourful, but lacking the strength of flavour compared to nespresso/Starbucks pods. A real shame as the ethical supply chain and organic farming practises in a recyclable pod is exactly what I’m looking for.”
