“Hi there I am normally a nespresso drinker but thought I would give you a try . I’m sorry to say that there was a couple of pods that were ok but wasn’t keen on the overall taste and quality I felt that a couple of them had a really burnt taste . I’m glad I tried Thank you”

“Firstly great customer service, when package was delayed, due to post office / COVID, Cru responded promptly & gave partial refund . Love the packaging & the fact coffee is organic & recycling but I was disappointed with the coffee as it’s strength & depth doesn’t match Nespresso, I have to use 2 pods to get this, the colour of the coffee comes out much paler. Really sorry I can’t give a glowing review of the coffee for me it didn’t hit the spot .”

“I'm very pleased I purchased the Discovery Pack. I actually like all the 6 flavours which is unusual, I always expect there will be one that I like less or not at all! The standout are definitely the two Single Origin coffees in this pack. The taste is absolutely excellent. Like other brands, the capsules are Nespresso compatible but take a lot longer to produce the correct quantity of coffee, as the coffee tends to come out in a trickle and a lot more goes in the drip tray than when using authentic capsules. Someone suggested lightly shaking the capsule before putting it in the machine. I do find that this helps to an extent. I would probably buy from Cru Kafe again.”
