“Well constructed but missing the practical element on how to conduct the actual tests and equipment required to carry them out. Although I have legal knowledge I felt the legislation involvement might be a little too much for a lay man and not always necessary.”

“Lots of info on regulation and health and safety but no information on what a PAT tester looks like or how to use one. Very frustrating. It's as if the course was put together using an A.I. search of random things electrical testing related! Many of the photos were of computer network cabling and bore no resemblance to the text. I did however gleen enough information to be able to PAT test as I have previous electrical knowledge. I'm sure there are far better courses out there than this one. Do not waste your money here.”

“Very policy based, could do with some examples of individual PAT machines. Okay though, a good enough refresher. Photographs throughout are not necessarily related to the section content and even shows dangerous practices in many of them such as uninsulated tools being used on circuit boards. Was that part of the test?!”
