Firstly, we apologise for the inconvenience you faced during the course. We understand that the main issue you raised was feeling like you weren't taught enough about actual PAT Testing and that the course primarily focused on creating awareness about it. All our courses are CPD certified by the CPD Certification Service and cover UK Laws and legislation as an awareness course around this subject. This course should be taken as a refresher course, if you have not had previous PAT training, we advise you undertake face-to-face training first.

“The site was easy to use and everything was clearly laid out. The progression through the course was very logical and the content seemed to be at the right level. The "mini tests" after each section was a good idea as it would highlight anything you had not understood so you could go back and read through again.”
