“Very good course really - only thing missing I felt was the coloured boards for different work in the kitchen - I always have trouble remembering what goes with what. Some useful links too to FSA etc”

“Very easy to follow. Enjoyed doing the course. Also did a Covid course - think it was this one I noticed a spelling mistake - trials was spelt trails. Not a problem but these things would bug me if I was in charge! Thank you”
