“I learned a lot and I'm very grateful for you putting all this together. If I can give some constructive criticism, I felt that it was quite repetitive at times and quite often the grammar was a little poor. Sometimes the wrong words were used such as "the food that is carrying allergies" instead of "allergens". Some of the pictures of people handling food had them going against the standards set out in previous units such as one guy wearing a watch while processing meat. I can use basic intelligence to see what is meant even though its not what was said (allergies example), but if it is necessary to have to tell some people that it's not okay to sneeze on food (extremely gross), it might be useful for you to make sure there is nothing that isn't spot on with your delivery. "But the guy in the picture was wearing a watch!" for example. I hope you have a lovely day and thank you again for delivering this for everyone's benefit :)”
