“Very informative & some good points to know. I think the cooking food portion isn’t very clear for me anyway. Also summaries don’t always correspond with questions & it’s a lot of writing/reading and so could be broken up more and or simplified as it’s a huge responsibility that can get washed out with all the reading; or maybe summarising key points more would help and as I’m a visual learner maybe more pictures/visual cues.”

“A fab little course that takes you through each unit with so much depth. I love the fact there is audio too as I can't always read the words due to my dyslexia.”

“Not working in kitchen and not handling food, the course is good but it's giving unnecessarily deep knowledge what I don't use on daily basis for the above mentioned reasons so forgetting quickly the informations.”
