“The Course covered vital topics and the sequence on how each of the learning would be approached was well presented and the instructions are very easy to understand. The visual and audio methods are brilliant! Very clear voice and articulation in the audio. Not only could you have the Certificate right after passing, but, I also received the Certificate in the post. I will have my Certificate framed and displayed in my business establishment. Very thankful to CPD College. This will be the online learning venue I will continue to use and recommend.”

“Good course all online. It’s a shame they ask for your address “Claiming” it’s to send the certificate but no Certificate turns up. When it’s downloadable after you Complete the Course. It’s the one thing that lets them down. Information Content, timescales are all good.”

Hi Edna, Thank you for your review. We're glad you enjoyed the course. With regard to your certificate - we do send these out in the post so this should be on its way to you. This can take a bit longer at the minute as the postal service in the UK is on strike often but this will most certainly have been sent to you after you passed. We will organise to put a second certificate in the post to the address you provided just in case the first one has been lost in the post. CPD
