“The course is offered in small bite sized sections that are user friendly with a quiz at the end of each section. However the one niggle I had was the type of question that asked a particular month and date for Natasha's Law. It is far more important to know what the actual law is rather than the month and year it became law. There was also a similar question that asked for dates rather than the important questions about food safety. Overall though a good course.”

“I found the course very useful and full of important information. However giving only 3 stars because the final quiz had the most ridiculous answers to choose from. You don't even need to study the course because only by using logic anyone would rule out closing a tap with a foot or reporting a cat in the yard to the manager. Food hygiene is very important thing but I felt like I am taking a funny quiz in a pub. I find this absolutely unacceptable to have such answers in such serious matter as getting a food hygiene certificate. Thank you. Diane”
