“would have prefered the person to speak a little quicker in the videos or have the option to speed up the voice, as i just muted and read the notes myself, have learnt a lot from the course, just seemed to be rather long”

“I really enjoyed this course & there were pieces of solid & practical advices but if there is one thing that I would like for there to be an improvement on is the audio under each section. It would be better to add an option of increasing or decreasing speed of the audio so that I can adjust it’s speed to the level at which I comprehend best. Others than that, I really loved everything a about the course.”

“After coming back to work after a hiatus of many years, i found the course very helpful and refreshing. Whilst the content is long and considerable, it does make you think comprehensively abou the customer journey and how to avoid bad buying experiences. Thank you all for producing this course.”

“I took the time to brush up on my customer service skills and was pleasantly surprised to have had all my unit quizzes correct, and pass the final exam first time. After all, that's what I've been doing for over 10 years, so I didn't expect to fail. Great way to learn and brush up on my current skills.”
