“I thought this was a good refresher course to top up my knowledge from previous face to face courses. I think there could be a few more videos, the chest compression one is useful. But would like to have seen a video of putting someone in recovery position and videos of recovery breaths using mannequins for both adults and babies. Also, in final quiz there is a question about meningitis, but it wasn't mentioned in the unit about workplace illnesses, so had to guess the answer. Overall, clearly explained and good refresher course.”

“A really good course but it does have its drawbacks in as much as there is no practical application of any of the recovery positioning, CPR or bandaging.”
