“Overall easy to get qualified and relatively engaging but 2 x questions are not quite right or the course has a couple of mistakes. One test question asks how much sugar to give to someone who’s hypoglycaemic and the answer on the test is x 3 teaspoons but it clearly says x 4 teaspoons in the diabetes information section. Another question is missing the word minutes and a question mark. I think it’s a nose bleed question but can’t remember.”

“Long hard slog, found by writing copious notes , it was easier to take in ,plus I now have written notes that I can refer to if need be. (At 83 the memory isn’t working 100%!)”

“A really good online course that I was required to do by my company. Was missing the physical assessments that I feel is required for a first aid course. But this is not possible due to the nature of the course being online. The only thing that was off-putting from this course was when I was trying to move to the next slide it would jump to a screen that told me that I had gone too far and had to backtrack. Once acceptable, twice annoying but over and over again is unacceptable and put me off from fully enjoying the course. The quiz at the end was very predictable and had some obvious answers but the course was ok. had better but also have had a lot worse.”
