“Quality and quantity of information was excellent but the pace of the ppts is frustrating. Many people read faster than the spoken audio so having to wait for it to finish is frustrating. When completing the test, being able to flick back to sections and key ppt pages to revise and double check learning would be better than having to go all the way back through the entire ppt”

“Good course informative. I was unaware that there are so many layers to the Equity and Diversity act 2010. Especially found the case studies helped to identify which part of the protected characteristics applied to the examples.Also recognised that the act can be confusing, such as positive action/positive discrimination.”

“Great course, full of useful information, but also a lot of repetition in both the information and some final questions. One question’s answer wasn’t even in the given information… I know because I take notes. Signed off for 2 years now though at least.”
