“This course was excellent, however the word Transexual is dated and not used anymore, so that needs updated. Also the quiz has a couple of dubious questions which seem to be 'how well do u remember facts you will never need without having access to research them first' , so are not the best question. One of them was something along the lines of 'what number is such and such in this legislation' That's not an important thing to remember! However overall I thought the course was thorough and well presented.”

“Overall I found this course to be useful and very informative. One improvement I would suggest is the information regarding transgender people, I think it could be made clearer that although the Equality Act 2010 refers to transgender people as transsexual, this term is considered outdated and is not a term that most transgender people use to describe themselves.”
