“Really good course, full of information, feel more confident being in a team leader role following this course. However, couple of things, I felt the role of team leader was being used at all levels in the training, no consistent level, appears to be a supervisor level, then suddenly a manager and then almost like it was aimed at company directors. Some parts I found did not bring anything to the course - presenting to customers and having meetings with external clients. Didn't feel relevant to a team leader course. Would have liked to have the information as a PDF / learning booklet, something to refer back to.”
