“It was easy to navigate and the slides were set up well for learning a little at a time. Very impressed with the test, only negative is that you will NOT be sent your certificate and would have to find a printer and buy quality paper to print it yourself. They send you the PDF document, but would be 100% perfect if they sent a certificate to my house. I feel that they should give a discount on the price of the course if they don't want to send you a real paper certificate, as not everyone has a printer or the money to purchase one either.”

“Over all, contains useful information, especially when bullet pointed. In some places, information is repeated in a way that is unclear in how it relates to previous sections, or appears unstructured. Use of passive voice is confusing and unclear at times; sentences sometimes seem unnecessarily complex or long (English as additional language speaker). This does not make the meaning more clear: it obscures it. Sloppy language in places, e.g. (Quiz at the end) "Which type of abuse will usually involve an ambiguous statement?" instead of "Which type of disclosure..." A glossary would be useful. Flowcharts of processes would be useful.”
