“3 of the 5 modules don't work properly. I don't feel you should be posting out certificates -waste of money and not 'green'. Course content ok - good for beginners Should part of the assessment be 'which part of an Act does a certain clause belong'?”

“The exam questions were disappointing. They largely sought tick-box, memory-recall of policy dates rather than understanding of the subject. The latter being what was really important in this instance.”
