“It really made me think about matters which I wouldn't usually think about and have not considered. This isn't he first time I have completed any formal training around resilience and I was pleasantly surprised as to what measures I naturally take to manage my own resilience subconsciously.”

“The content was good and very informative, the page was extremely slow and glitchy, it also crashed multiple times and I had to go back and de do units I had already completed. I was starting to wonder if that was part of testing my resilience”

I am sorry for the issues you faced when doing the Resilience Training, I believe at the time we did have an issue on the site, but we hope that this is now resolved.
