“Very detailed and quite interesting. A lot of stuff what you need to do about being a mental health first aider. Was feeling like I was training to be a councilor. Mental health is a very vital thing and very important to know and be aware of.”

“There was a lot of information, but it was information needed. Although I do think it could of been layed out better, for example; self- harm learn about the signs and symptoms, how to treat it and what are some causes. Have this altogether rather tahn spread out. But over all it was a good course, very eye opening and resourceful.”
