“Whilst the course as a whole was very informative and interesting, the quiz at the end was more a test of your memory of the made up scenarios, rather than what you'd actually learned. Could do with tweaking”

“This was a really useful course. The information was well laid out and accessible. The only downside was having to know the specific terms used in the training for the test, rather than understanding what these terms meant.”

“The course was very insightful and I've learned a lot about unconscious bias which I hope I can bring to workshops and my company. The information was clear and deep enough that I learned something new despite being versed on the subject already. The quiz was silly at the end - asking questions which referred to the case files which you might not have taken notes on things such as names and specific figures which aren't relevant to the overall course. Asking me to recall Rishi Sunak's height is not a good test question.”

“It was very interesting and helpful but I felt it was rather wordy and repetitive. I feel the whole presentation could have been more simple and succinct (KISS)”
