“Thanks for the course Im a mindfulness teacher but was confused by your definition of mindfulness. I think this needs clarifying as your question didn't seem to correlate with your lesson. ie mindfulness is present moment awareness rather than clearing your mind”

“Given the short duration (possible to complete reading the units within 2 hrs), it was very informative and I’m inclined now to find out more on the subject through other courses. Especially during Covid-19, it’s al the more important to be aware about mental health, looking out for others and also to keep a check on yourself.”
