“To the CPD Online College Team, Feedback and Suggestions for Care Certificate Level 1 I am writing to share my thoughts upon completing the Care Certificate Level 1 with CPD Online College. This course has proven immensely beneficial in practical caregiving, and I strongly recommend it to all professionals in the care sector. I am also interested in pursuing further levels with your institution, as I believe it will add great value to my skills. During the course, I faced challenges in organizing notes for each lecture, as collecting and managing these individually was confusing. I would like to suggest that CPD Online College provide a comprehensive, printable guide that includes all lectures at the course’s end, making it easier for students to keep a lasting, accessible reference. Furthermore, I am keen to introduce this course as a classroom-based study in Pakistan. With internet accessibility issues in Pakistan, such as inconsistent speed and reliability, I believe a structured, in-person format would help students experience uninterrupted learning. Online quizzes or assessments could be arranged at the end of each level to maintain engagement and evaluation. For quality control and standardization, I request that I be granted the sole rights to introduce this course in Pakistan. This would help ensure consistent quality and maintain a high standard for all participants.
