“Easy to understand, each module is broken down with a short quiz at the end. A longer quiz at the end of the last module helps you recall key facts that measure your understanding. Can be done in one go or spread over a time period”

“I am totally new to food hygiene - I have just completed the level 2 course having worked through the sectiions - every one was clear with good graphics and explanations - I felt it was professional and of high quality - I liked being able to store the stage and go back to it.”
