“The course was very dragged out for something that could have been condensed into less than half the time and still got the same information across. Being very basic, it also struggled to capture my full concentration at any time throughout which made it difficult to retain information. Most questions I was only able to get correct thanks to having dealt with similar courses throughout my working career.”

“The content is good but this course is far far too long! It takes hours out of an already busy schedule. If there was less to do then I am sure people would focus better on the content”

“Quite informative and an eye-opener to some practices that we are now accustomed to but creating a hazard to ourselves and our clients. The training is well structured, easy to follow and easy to understand. A must-have for everyone irrespective of station in life.”
