“Having had my ebike for a full year, I've decided that I will test myself to the longest and hardest test that I could personally achieve and attempt the infamous 'lands end to john o'groats' endurance bike ride. To be able to achieve this I have decided to upgrade to the optional centre LCD display. I will obviously encounter many problems on this task and so I will require a full and obvious display of speed, power setting and charge remaining. I'm fully fit and ready for the task ahead and as I've now tested the superb centre LCD display, I believe so is my Mark 2 X-Cross.”
For some riders the large LCD screen is a better option as it shows the same info in a larger size. This was offered originally and is still available as an option if you wish.
“A fantastic upgrade to the Batribike if you only had the LED controls before.
Great to have the trip and total miles to see how far you have travelled, not just on a single trip, but since the display was fitted.
Twist throttle is very useful too, on hills where you need more assistance. Saves button tapping to increase power, then only to have to dial it down again.
Incredibly easy to fit, hardest part was getting the handlebar grip off!
