100% cotton Pennant size: 19cm x 23cm Every pennant is double-sided and fully hemmed (two pieces of fabric sewn together) so the design is identical on both sides. 16 pennants per 5m, 31 per 10m, 80 per 25m Loops at each end for hanging, or tying to create longer runs.
