I have only used the pizza flour once but will be using again and again as the pizza base was very nice.

It’s a tradition now to make pizzas every Sunday as a treat. This flour produces a great crust that holds the contents pulled up on top. I pre bake the bases though and it’s just perfect.

I love this flour for making pizzas. It stretches really well and gives a wonderful crispy base and perfect edges, I wouldn't use anything else.
