What's not to like? Cotswold Crunch is my favourite flour presently. It has a wonderful flavour and texture, but also very reliable. It's very forgiving and produces a great loaf every time, even when I'm short of time and being a little more freehand with my measurements.

Delighted! This is a lovely flour with a glorious aroma, delicious flavour and resulted in a loaf with a very pleasing texture. I used 50% Cotswold crunch and the same of Strong White. I also intend to use some in my Sourdough

Fabulous flour. Gives my sourdough loaves a lovely texture and crunch with a good golden finish on the crust. It also arrived the day after I ordered it. What more could you ask for.
