The best flour ever. This flour is beautiful. the smell, the taste, the consistency, and the crunch of course. It has a beautiful chocolatey taste and I am addicted to it. I love Matthews flour, but this one is the best I've tried so far.

Wonderful malted what goodness. I have tried a few organic malted wheat flours over the years and this is particularly lovely. It makes my children's favourite loaf.

Superb flavour, great flour, made a couple of loaves over the weekend and the flavour was superb. Going to try soft rolls and sourdough next with it.

Cotswold Crunch is a delicious flour and Bakery Bits is the only company supplying it in organic form. Quick delivery and reasonably priced.

My favourite flour. I make sourdough demi baguettes with this blended with 20% Mulino wholemeal einkorn and a rye fed starter combined with a Cotswold crunch starter. They are the most popular baguettes I bake! A really wonderful flour.

This has to be my favourite bread flour of all time, the texture and flavour is just lovely. I do mix it with some wholemeal and white flour and I find this really does make perfect bread.
