This makes superb bread. I mix it with some of the organic white and the kids love it. More importantly, using this organic flour means you are helping preserve biodiversity in the heart of England. Win win!

Great flavour and texture. A different type of loaf from my normal spelt, makes good toast and goes well with cheeses!

I have used the blue bag Cotswold Crunch, but this one does have the edge. Worth the extra. I love Matthews Flour. Best for everything, cakes etc and bread. Again, I use this one on its own and as a mix with Organic White. Fantastic flour. You won't find anything better. Don't hesitate to buy.

The best bread ever,I have been making my own bread for 50 years it is without doubt the best tasting, produces a first class loaf. I bulk make in batches of 6, it freezes very well with no loss of taste and thaws as if a newly baked loaf saves money on energy as well I tend to add a small amount of other flours to the mix eg a grain malted,a rye or buckwheat gives a better lift but it's a personal taste.

I discovered Mathews Cotswold Flour during the lockdown when I started bread making and was looking for an organic granary flour-I haven’t bought a shop-made loaf since! Their Cotswold Crunch makes a delicious, full-flavoured loaf and their service is excellent.
