I love using Cotswold Malted Rye to my flour mix when making my bread. Mixed with a spoonful of malt extract, the rich malty flavour is delicious. Perfect bread for a Ploughman’s Lunch.

Flavour flavour flavour, that’s what this flour will give you! Used in its own it makes a deeply flavoured denser loaf, and works just as well if you use it as just a portion of your dough flour to make a slightly lighter loaf.
