“I have used this flour for the first time and made some amazing crisp, flaky pastry for a batch of sausage rolls. They were delicious! Backed up by my family and friends. Another batch now made and in the freezer - though I don't think they will last long in there! My next bake will be mince pies using this lovely flour.”

“I bought this flour as a change to normal plain flour for pastry making and really impressed. Didn’t need to use so much fat to flour ratio so that was a bonus. The end result was flaky with a crunch. Will definitely use this again. Now to make some biscuits. I love Matthews flour as like buying from family run companies, plus great products.”

“This is the best pastry flour I have ever used. Made a wonderful, crunchy cracking quiche. Great flavour, but particularly the crispy texture made it so excellent. Also very easy to work with.”
