“I make the bread but my wife is the pastry cook so, having read reviews of the Maizebite flour I bought some for her to try. Immediate convert! Beautiful crisp, tasty pastry but also great for crumbles and muffins, we have found, and Maizebite is now a regular part of our order from Matthews”

“My neighbour gave me some mince pies made from Maizbite, could not believe the difference to using plain flour. Crisp, crumbly and slightly flaky, tried it on my own mince pies and sausage rolls, what a lovely flour.”
