We found this flour perfect for making pasta. It's difficult to find good flour these days with all the mixed imports we recieve from abroad. It makes all the difference working with unblended flour. We also bought plain, self raising and strong white flour and all produce great results. Will definitely buy again in the future.

5 stars is not enough!I have tried this flour for pizza dough. This was truly amazing. Impossible to compare with a dough made with regular flour. I had the perfect pizza base, with the perfect elasticity it should have. the taste and smell was so different and absolutely amazing to eat. I now can do pizzas like best chefs would do!!! will try homemade pastas soon. Great Foccacia - Made a great focaccia with this flour. Topped it with garlic and rosemary and olive oil. The flavour was great and different from ordinary flours. The texture of the bread was different. It was a top quality Italian experience. Next it will be Pizzas!
