The more I use this flour, the happier I am with it. Has incredible oven spring and incomparable flavour. I use for baking when I want a light texture but a bit more 'oomph' than a standard white bread flour. Makes incredible croissants.

Made from heritage grains, this flour yields beautiful bread if handled carefully and gently. Even though it will absorb less water than other modern white flours, you will be able to make delicious (and nutritious) loaves with a creamy crumb and a slightly crackly, baguette-like crust. Definitely worth buying.

Wonderful flour. Easy to work with, kneads up beautifully. My rolls came out light and fluffy with an incredible complexity of flavour. Will definitely order again.

I'm in love with this flour! I've used it to make pan brioche, babka cake, rolls, buns. Every time the results were simply outstanding. Never made pan brioche SO soft before. The taste is definitely unique and exquisite. I definitely recommend it.
