I decided to order a bulk bag of Eight Grain Flour as I was having difficulty finding the product in local shops. It has been my go to flour for years. I bake bread twice a week using 75% eight grain and 25% wholemeal to make the perfect bread (for us). Perfect for sandwiches and toast and reliably consistant results.

I love this stuff. Bought a breadmaker and tried loads of different types of flour until I found this. I buy direct just because I prefer to not use a supermarket if I can, and in bulk because it roughly equates to supermarket money.
