1st time to try this flour and really pleased. Used it for French loaf recipe. Lovely light structure and rises perfectly. I guess that's the higher protein. Definitely would recommend.

I love this flour, it is the only white flour that works for me and I have tried lots of different ones! It's very flavoursome and makes a wonderful bread. It creates white bread that actually tastes like proper bread. It keeps its structure brilliantly as well.
