Excellent flour and using it for my new sourdough starter, so it has some Canadian DNA in it, a little homage to my Canadian husband. I don't know how to review the company but wanted to say thank you for the amazing customer service and quick delivery!

A great all rounder for loaves and pizza. Easy to work. I tend to mix with other flours rather than make an entirely white loaf, or add seeds and grains. I’d like to try the regenerative white bread next, but all the Cotswold white flours have proved reliable.
