I've tended to use supermarket flour for bread, but given the dodgy supply situation invested in a 16g sack and I do not regret it. It is excellent bread flour with a good flavour.

The best high protein flour that I have found for my Sourdough, never fails. I have been using for over 2 years and I would recommend this excellent flour (and their other flours are also superb)and they are a great Company.
