I make bread at least twice a week and this is the first time I have tried this flour and I am completely in awe. I mix it with my Windrush flour, which I have used for a while and some stoneground. I get a beautiful light loaf, which is so tasty. This is one flour that I will always have to have in my pantry.

When I started baking my bread I tried numerious flour's once i had used mattews canadian not used anything since, the flour is great and the service 100% what more can I ask. Regards Rodney Bolton
