Great Flour. I use this to make a 50:50 loaf, lovely flour to work with and makes a great tasting loaf.

I have always used wholemeal flour but generally mixed with white. I couldn't buy white but made my first loaf with 100% wholemeal. This is superb flour, it has a texture you don't get with a 50/50% mix. I am sure I can buy this locally in a couple of places (when I can get out to shops) so will definitely be making 100% WM from now on. I might even be trying other type of WM that you make as well. Because there's only me eating it I gave my DiL a pack and am trying to use this up as I'd never buy so much normally. I'm going to make another loaf today.

Probably the best wholemeal I've ever used! I've been making soda bread for years with the usual supermarket wholemeal and plain flour, but this wholemeal produces the very best soda bread I've ever made! Rises beautifully, fabulous texture and the taste is just to die for. Can't recommend it highly enough and will not be buying supermarket wholemeal again! Will take me a while to get through 5 bags of it, but I'll be back!

I love using this flour in my breadmaker. It makes a really good, tasty, bread, with texture, but not the woody lumps that I sometimes find with other makes of flour. Well done!

My flour arrived 2 days ago , baked my first wholemeal sourdough loaf with it this morning after an overnight retarded prove in the fridge. It’s a really tasty loaf and smells amazing. Thank you.

This flour makes a beautiful loaf. I've always used supermarket flour and was surprised just how this flour improved the flavour & texture of the bread. I shall certainly become a regular customer & feel it is important to be supporting a family business.

Love it! I use it for bread and teacakes and mix it with Eight Grain for an alternative loaf. I'm a big fan of wholemeal generally and with the availability of flour during lockdown being a challenge I have also thrown a little of this into cakes along with finer cake flour and it works just fine.
