“For brown bread great, but I mix half and half with strong white flour.”

“This is an excellent flour for bread-making. I usually use one part of Matthews organic strong white to two parts of wholegrain, but I think I will experiment with 100% wholegrain as it makes such good moist bread.”

“I have tried several bread flours and this stoneground one out weighs them all . The taste is amazing. Unfortunately I cannot get it at any of my local supermarkets at the moment. Do you have an ideas where I can get it please.”
