I use when occasionally I make bread, but also use when I make liver cake for my dogs.

My 4 th delivery Of Mathews cotswold flours, have used Elaine foodbod method for baking , whole grain spelt makes a beautiful sandwich loaf using milk & strong white. Cotswold crunch , bibury barley Eight grain Beautiful results .. wouldn’t use anything else

I use this flour a lot, it makes a great sourdough starter, as well as adding great flavour and texture to any loaf. The flavour of spelt flour is a perfect addition to any bread dough, or I highly recommend trying it in a fruit or banana bread.
