Great bakes. This flour is ideal for my sourdough loaves. I use it to make sourdough bread at least 3 times a week. Also good for my sourdough starter. Great results every time.

Perfect for lots of bakes. I’ve been baking for years but really getting into using strong flour bakes. This flour does exactly what I need it for. A good allrounder with plenty of flavour. I’ve been making Sourdoughs to doughnuts & pizzas to sticky buns. I’ve already been recommending it to my baking friends.

A good quality flour with consistent results. I always buy organic as I know about agrichemical sprays - especially glyphosate which is used pre-harvest.
