I mix Organic White with various other Cotswold flours, the results are always top-notch. Can't fault any of the varieties, have never found better.

Best in the business. Wouldn't buy anything else. Much prefer to support such a long-established and well-run family business. I use this flour on its own and as a mix of 200 white with 300 Organic Cotswold Crunch, which makes a wonderfully tasty 500g loaf. Can't fault it, never disappointed.

The reason I bought it was because I was misled by the product description that it contains only organic wheat. When it arrived, I was disappointed to see that it is fortified just like any other flour brands. The flour itself is good but I will not purchase again.

A 200 to 300 ratio of Organic Strong White and Organic Stoneground Wholegrain produces amazing loaves every time. All my bread is handmade using only Cotswold flour. Like many other people I really started breadmaking during lockdown but wouldn't go back to shop bought. This bread freezes (and defrosts) beautifully. You wouldn't know it hadn't just been made. All down to Matthews.

Whilst I like granary style loaves my husband prefers white. But toasted bacon sandwiches or poached eggs on toast made from a white loaf of this flour are always delicious!
