“I’ve been buying supermarket organic flour for a while , however as supplies have dried up I thought I’d give this a try and am so glad I did, the flour felt lighter and finer and so far I’ve only baked scones with it but oh my they were delicious, so light and fluffy, I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you.”
